Bug Report

BugID 111369
Reported on 06.03.2010
Reported by tr...@optusnet.com.au
Bug summary When I run the registry cleaner, all my Excel data files disappear from the program's File menu and have to be reinstalled. It's anyone's guess what files have disappeared from other programs.
Description I am currently testing your registry cleaner and have encountered the above probem each time I run it. Although I am considering purchasing several copies of this software, I have had to uninstall it until a fix or a solution is provided. Although the program reports a number of registry errors found and I tell it to fix them, it goes though its hoops and then reports that no registry corrections were made. It would probably be fair to say that I may have set up something incorrectly. But having checked your forum I'm not alone and I could find no solution.
Operating System Windows XP Pro 32 bit
Product Name jv16 PowerTools
Product Version 1.9.1.606
Is problem reproducable? Yes
