When I run the registry cleaner, all my Excel data files disappear from the program's File menu and have to be reinstalled. It's anyone's guess what files have disappeared from other programs. |
| Description |
I am currently testing your registry cleaner and have encountered the above probem each time I run it. Although I am considering purchasing several copies of this software, I have had to uninstall it until a fix or a solution is provided. Although the program reports a number of registry errors found and I tell it to fix them, it goes though its hoops and then reports that no registry corrections were made. It would probably be fair to say that I may have set up something incorrectly. But having checked your forum I'm not alone and I could find no solution. |
