| Bug summary |
Registry cleaner errors found but not fixed.
|
| Description |
Run the registry cleaner which reports errors found.
Using either Fix or Custom Fix, nothing happens. No action taken. Re-running reports the same errors, which again fail to be Fixed.
Followed your sugestion about clearing browser cache (straw clutching?), but no difference, errors not fixed remain.
JV 16 version is 2009 1.9.1.606 un-installed followed by re-instal.
Re-ran the reg cleaner, still not fixing the errors found.
Are these errors real?
System is Toshiba Satalite L30 laptop, Win XP home sp3 - fully up-to-date.
Tried the manual fix rather than auto and received an internal error CFF24.
Have to say very disapointed by the lack of a detailed responce or any work-round seems to be too long since this problem 1st occured.
I have had better responses from freeware, if macecraft want to contine to get my custom you need to do better than this! |
