Then could you try installing the software with the antivirus software turned off (I would suggest disconnecting from the internet when you do this) and then try running the software?
Bill:
Antivirus is and has been off.
Veera:
Does the error message come up right when you open the software or a bit later when you try to use a tool?
Bill:
Both. Error 87 I believe. |

The problem occurs in the installer of the program, not in the program itself. We are waiting for the 3rd party who develops the installer system to fix the problem. |
