When I access the software uninstaller button...the program runs and flashes my screen off and on several times before the list of programs appear. Then when I look at the list of programs....The JV16 power tools program isn't identified in the list. |
| Description |
My screen definitly flashes off and on when I access the uninstall option (button) listed on the home page. It flashes the sceen black several times before actually displaying the program menu. This happens both upon loading as well as closing out the function. It definitely looks totally irregular when this occurs. Note!! I didn't see this problem until I removed the earlier version of this JV16 program. When I originally looked at my program list after updating to the new version..I had both the old version and the new version identifed as seperate programs in my program list...that is why I felt it safe to delete the previous version. Note! I also have the Power Tools light version on my machine as well. I feel it best to make you aware of that..it may have some possible part to play in the analysis on your part.
