Jouni wrote this post about his "contribution" during his absence.

And I guess he'll only be back at work at the end of July / begin August.

The 26th was in May.

[quote="redseujac"]I
As to the other members of the staff this forum seems to be dead (same for Macecraft's website) :x
[quote]

No one else from Macecraft reads the forum, the forum is ment more for user-to-user communication, and of course contacting me as well.

And I will be back in the office on next week (15th).

Well, then Veera should not be mentioned as forum member "Support Staff"

And the "Staff" not only doesn't read the forum but neither the Private Messages and doesn't respond to emails :x

Please don't forget to read this post.

If my communication problems with the Macecraft "Staff" continue like that, I'll surely stop all my translation work.

It looks like the "Staff" isn't interested in it anyway...

We of course appreciate your translation work, and I have received all your translations from Veera. Perhaps she has thought that I will contact you, and I have thought that she has already thanked you. I emailed her today and asked about this matter.

FYI: There was a delay in handling and verifying bug reports during the time I was out of the office, I'm now back and the work to handle all the bug reports (and fix all the found bugs) have now begun.

FYI: I am no longer reporting here about fixed bugs, instead the information which bugs are fixed is available via the Bug Tracker. I will, of course, address bugs also in the forum in a case some bug in the future spawns a lot of discussion here.

The bug tracker has now been improved to show all the bugs that have been fixed, but are not included in the most recent version of the program:
http://www.macecraft.com/bugtracker/

At the moment the list is the same as the "all fixed bugs" but this will change after the next version of the program will be released (later in this month).

The Bug Tracker has now been improved to allow users to see the full bug reports. You can now click the bug id to see the full report, an example of such report: http://www.macecraft.com/bugtracker/bug/787689/

Bug Tracker updated to also show 'not bugs', i.e. cases where user sends us a bug report but when there is actually no bug in the program itself. As an example of such case, you can see this: http://www.macecraft.com/bugtracker/bug/899755/

FYI: Fixed a bug from the chart feature of the Bug Tracker, the Bug Trackerd drew the charts with incorrect data. The problem is now fixed.

The bug tracker page needs this additional link:

"Click here to list all currently unfixed bugs"

FYI: I created a Bug Tracking board to this forum, the board allows people to discuss specific bugs / bug reports.

Fixed a bug from the Bug Tracker that caused the last chart (bugs fixed in the last 30 days) contain incorrect data. It showed all bugs that were reported in the last 30 days that are now reported fixed.

FYI: Two more bug report categories added, "Failed to Fix" and "Failed to Verify".

A bug report is classified as "Failed to Verify" when we cannot verify the existence of the reported problem and the bug report does not include any evidence, such as screenshots.

A bug report is classified as "Failed to Fix" when it seems probable that the user has experienced a bug, but the bug report does not contain enough information in order for us to fix the issue.

Of course, in both of these cases we will first try to contact the person who filed the bug report for more information. But if we do not receive a reply, or the user did not leave an email address we are forced to use these two new categories.

All bug reports with these categories can be found at:
