How do I change my contact information?

If you wish to change the email address, you will need to inform it to us. Just contact us and tell what is your old email address and what is the new email address you wish to use from now on. We will update the information for you.

Unfortunately the new ticket system and our database is not yet connected, so if  you change your email address in our ticket section it will not change the address in your order. This is why you will need to inform us about it. If you haven't yet bought an upgrade license, you can order the upgrade license to your new email address. The old email address is used only as reference and no email is sent there (as long as it is not put in the primary email field).
