Here are some good news for all of our users and customers: Starting now, our Live Chat based technical support and customer care is now working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

We have also used significant amounts of time and money to improve our website, these improvements include better usability, new graphics and better browser compatibility. In the future we will be using more efforts to offer our products with better translations, this means for example professionally translated versions of jv16 PowerTools' Handbook which will be available shortly.

Development of jv16 PowerTools 2009 has already begun. There are three design goals:

• Even less bugs - Although jv16 PowerTools 2008 has been a very successful in reducing the number of bugs, still improving the quality and stability of jv16 PowerTools will be the number one design goal.
• Boundary breaking new tools - We want jv16 PowerTools to be the best utility software in the World. To achieve this, we will be including three new tools to jv16 PowerTools 2009. More information about these tools will be released in the future.
• Increased usability - jv16 PowerTools 2009 will contain a new main user interface with smaller memory usage and better usability.

The estimated release date for jv16 PowerTools 2009 is Q4/2008 and it will be a free update to all users who have bought or upgraded to jv16 PowerTools 2008. To other users there will be a small upgrade fee.
