18.10.2011 - News on jv16 PowerTools 2012

We are currently developing the upcoming jv16 PowerTools 2012. The new version is excepted to be released in early 2012.

The user interface is not yet final, but the screenshot shows some new graphical elements of the main window. The improved Home screen also shows one new feature: Immunize my computer, which is an easy to use hosts file update feature that allows user to update the Windows hosts file to prevent the computer from accessing known malware related web sites.

A more detailed list of the new features and changes will be released in the future. The beta testing of the new product version is expected to begin in next month.

jv16 PowerTools 2012 will be a free update to all customers who have bought jv16 PowerTools 2011 during September of this year, or later. In other words, if you buy the 2011 version now, you are entitled for a free update. All Platinum VIP users are also entitled for a free update.
