Summary

With our privacy policy we have attempted to strike a balance: on one side we are trying to keep the user experience at an enjoyable level and on the other hand we are trying to maintain as much privacy as possible. • The Site collects anonymous information such as visitor's IP address, referral data (i.e. the Internet address of the last web page visited by a user before entering to this Site), and browser and platform type. This information is used for statistical purposes and to locate new advertisement opportunities (i.e. to find new websites in where to advertise our products).

The Site collects the following personally identifiable information.

• Site's Online Store collects the e-mail address (or addresses) and the full name of the customer wishing to purchase the products and/or services offered by this Site. If you have your order information removed from Macecraft Software's system you might not be entitled for any future discounts given out to existing customers, you might also not be able to have your license file or other such information to be resent to you in the future.




This Site does not collect or store any kind of credit card information, such as credit card numbers. All transactions are handled by a third party credit card billing company (either by Luottokunta or PayPal, according to the customer's decision). Only the credit card billing company knows your credit card information, the information is not given out to Macecraft Software at any stage of the online purchase, nor can Macecraft Software receive this information in the future.




Macecraft Software does not rent, sell, or in any ways share the collected e-mail addresses with any third party, except that Macecraft Software can share the information when required by the law.

However, Macecraft Software might be acquired by or merged in the future with another company. In such case, we may transfer some or all of the stored information to the other party.
