 What sold me, besides being a great product and working as advertised, was the 30 day FULL USE trial. Other programs give you a crippled version to use for 30 days. That is a poor way to try to evaluate a program. Thanks!  

 Well, I've used this set of tools as far as I can remember years. It’s helped me as a tech many, many times and saved so much work. I know why it was made and use it. When things get slow, why install over again. The old days are past away no more FDISK and then FORMAT and then install. Everyone on the tech side knows Internet computers need to be wiped clean and fresh installed of restore cd or operating systems, well with this it cuts the hours out of searching and days of installs and updates for the installs. Thanks for making this, how long has it been? I'm thinking like 6 years when I first used it. I still have the first download. Thanks for the pro tech tools.  

 I was having a lot of problems with my Pc, very slow booting up and loads of error messages then I found this software and it's fantastic, my pc is back to normal, I can't praise you enough but will certainly recommend this software in future. 

 I have been using the program for about a week, and it is fabulous. The only problem I had was downloading the licence, which was my fault for not reading the download, as per the instructions. The support team was great and put me on the right track. This program should be a must if you work regularly on your computer. 

 I am a neat freak when it comes to computers and use many tools to keep my PC clean and in top notch shape including that of Norton, CounterSpy, and System Mechanic, and was looking for a good registry cleaner, low and behold did I know I had so many errors in my registry, I thought one of my programs took care of that, I was wrong.  So I decided to go searching for a registry cleaner and came across RegPRO thanks to a review and gave it a try and loved it, it found over 600+ in my VERY clean and organized PC.  Well needless to say WOW, now my PC boots up in half the time it use to and is faster than ever.  Thank you for supplying such a great, working and CHEAP affordable registry cleaner. 

 I have been a Macecraft PowerTools user for over two years. It is a very powerful application that has many great features and it has enough warnings so that a yo-yo like me won't get into serious trouble. (In some cases it won't let you make an arse out of yourself.) I wish that Microsoft were as good a company. I hope this doesn’t sound like I have stock in the company but at 71 years old I have a great need to KEEP IT REAL!

 I've used [a competitive product] routinely to keep my registry in good shape. However my system kept getting slower and slower. I tried RegSupreme Pro and it found over 700 errors in my registry. My system is now running much quicker. This is the best registry cleaner I have ever tried.

I recently bought a Dell laptop which came with a lot of preinstalled bits and bats which looked generous but were either so cut down as to be of little use or else time-limited, including some bloatware like McAfee antivirus (dumped in favour of NOD32) and Norton Ghost (which threw up error messages on every other boot-up).  But when I uninstalled them, they left all sorts of ugly relics, not just in the Registry but also in sub-folders of the Program Files folder.  Error messages kept popping up during the start-up process. Oh dear! I wondered if I had crippled my new machine.

Then I turned to jv16 Power Tools, especially the Software Manager, which shows up items that have either disappeared from the Windows Add and Remove Programs list or never appeared there in the first place, and then the Registry Finder, which you can use to search for, and remove, the myriad registry entries pointing to program files that are no longer there. Result? The boot-up process is back to its lightning-fast pace of the day I first turned the machine on, even though I have since installed a fair few additional applications. No more alerts about missing DLLs. No more churning of the hard disc while the machine looks for missing program elements.

I agree with your other correspondents who say there's no reason to use anything else. Well done, Jouni!  

  I remember time when I first find jv16 on net it was on beta stages and there was no Macecraft Co. yet, on those days (maybe 2000, 2001) it was great and nice but unfortunately I forget it. Now after 6 years today I searched the web again for nice registry cleaner and find new generation of jv16, I just say WOOOOOOOW!! SUPER GRAET. You make that small jv16 a superior, great work!! I find my love and keep it always with my computer. Thanks... 

 I'm home user of computer from pre-Window era through Window 3.1 to window xp version. There are so many registry cleaning softwares available in the website. I personally tried many. They all show off more than they work. Sometimes laymen like us are confused by their gimmicks. I tried your cleaner and found the most useful and hassle free utilities of cleaning windows registry. Keep it up you come out winner on many scores, e.g. speed in execution, minimalist approach gives the user-friendly experience and above all there is absence of nuisance of unsolicited advertisements.  

 Had a nightmare problem with my PC running unbelievably slowly.  Tried so many different “so called” utilities that just made matters worse.  My son needs the machine for critical school work just now and I was contemplating just buying a new one.  A friend had heard of your software, but hadn’t used it.  I am the No 1 sceptic when it comes to "free trials" but was willing to give it a go having backed up everything.  Eventually found a link to your software - it is fantastic.  The machine is just so different.  For $12 I have saved buying a new machine - it cleaned out over 6000 duff reg entries, no wonder it was slow.  Excellent product, thanks a million.  

 Thank you very much for an excellent product (jv16 Power Tools 2006). I have had problems with registry maintenance and uninstalling files for 2 years. Other registry software and uninstallers caused far more problems than solutions. Your product works beautifully and is wonderful. Keep up your good work.

 I found jv16 through some geek forum while searching "alternative to [a competitive product]" and WOW.  I'm going to buy in a few minutes here, but I wanted to stop and tell you that I've been using WinDoctor and RegScrubXP for years, and jv16 still found nearly 18,000 bad reg entries (That’s 18 thousand! (It took a while :)) I am totally impressed! I think I was really looking for something like RegSupreme, but jv16 has such an arsenal of great utilities that I can't pass it up.  

 I have used about 6 different registry cleaners to keep my machine running properly including the much acclaimed [a competitive product]. jv16 Power Tools preformed better than all of the others put together. I would highly recommend anyone buy and use this product.  

 I was looking for the best registry editor, and I remembered several Tech sited saying JV16 had the best. So I downloaded it and immediately used the registry editor & compactor (found 576 problems). My PC is running like a NEW machine. This was right after using [a competitive product] (had found 13 problems), this shows you how much better JV16 is. I can't thank you enough!!!
