I am a newbie to this program, and want to clean my registry manually for any errors or deleted programs still in the registry. Can someone tell me how to view the areas that I can delete and clean?
Thanks in advance.

You can do a manual registry clean simply by running the Registry Cleaner of jv16 PowerTools and then manually picking all the items from the result lists that you can confirm to be safe to remove.
